Holography is one of the most compelling intersections of physics and computation — where raw interference patterns are transformed into vivid amplitude and phase maps through numerical reconstruction. This tool makes that process accessible: upload your hologram(s) along with a short configuration file, and the reconstructed results will be delivered directly to your email.

Supported acquisition modalities: inline/Gabor holography, off-axis holography, phase-shifting holography, and any other variants of these systems (e.g. CDI).

  • What to upload: one or more holograms + one config.yaml describing your setup.
  • Output: reconstructed amplitude and phase images, delivered to your email address.
  • Access: one free reconstruction trial per academic email address.
  • Eligibility: this tool is intended for research and educational use only — please provide verifiable information.
Your Information

Use your institutional email address. One free trial is available per email per tool.

Upload Files
Download the config.yaml template, fill in your experimental parameters, and upload it together with your hologram files.

Accepted formats: PNG, JPEG, TIFF, BMP, ZIP. Multiple files may be selected for phase-shifting or multi-frame acquisitions.

The file must be named exactly config.yaml. Use the template above as a starting point.

Consent & Submit

By submitting files through this tool, you confirm and agree to all of the following:

  • You are acting in accordance with research integrity standards, including honest reporting and lawful, ethical use of this platform.
  • You hold the legal rights and all necessary permissions to upload and process the submitted data.
  • The uploaded data does not contain confidential, personally identifiable, export-controlled, or otherwise restricted information.
  • This tool is provided on an as-is basis for research and educational purposes only, without warranty of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
  • You bear full responsibility for your uploaded data, its content, and any use of the processed results. The platform and its authors accept no liability for outcomes derived from the reconstruction.

Please accept the terms above before uploading your hologram files and config.yaml.
